Uzma is an ACC (ICF) Executive & Leadership Coach, Certified Autism Specialist (IBCCES), and Founder of Uzma Akser Coaching and Consulting (UACC) and Motherhood on the Spectrum (MoS). With a rich background in law and Human Rights, Uzma brings both professional expertise and lived empathy to her work—ensuring that every voice is heard, valued, and empowered.

Through Child Wellbeing Tools, Uzma will be offering specialist coaching and support for neurodiverse teenagers, and also for parents and carers of neurodiverse teens—or those who are neurodivergent themselves as well as advice for teachers in how to create an inclusive classroom. Her coaching approach is practical and empowering, rooted in transforming dreams into realistic steps using effective time management, goal-setting strategies, and emotional insight.

Uzma’s services go beyond individual coaching—her work includes CPD-accredited training for families, educators, and organisations, covering essential topics like understanding autism, inclusive communication, and neuroinclusive practices.

Her commitment to advocacy extends into voluntary roles, where she mentors and supports homeschooling families and delivers workshops for community organisations.

At the heart of Uzma’s approach is a simple but powerful mission: to guide, uplift, and empower neurodiverse young people and their families, creating a space where difference is not just accepted but celebrated.
