“I’m helping to close the gap between need and support for Child Wellbeing, one Soulful Session at a time”
Soulful Sessions
At Child Wellbeing Tools, we are passionate about closing the gap between children’s emotional needs and the support they receive and we're excited to introduce Bianca, who shares this mission wholeheartedly.
Bianca offers completely free online mindfulness sessions for children, helping to nurture calm, focus, and emotional awareness in a fun, age-appropriate way.
Through interactive games, playful breathing exercises, and creative crafts, Bianca gently introduces mindfulness practices that children can explore both during and beyond the sessions. Parents and carers are also encouraged to get involved, learning simple techniques that can be integrated into daily routines at home.
Mindfulness has been widely studied for its positive impact on children’s wellbeing. Research shows that regular mindfulness practice can help children:
Improve attention and focus (Meiklejohn et al., 2012)
Better regulate their emotions (Zelazo & Lyons, 2012)
Reduce feelings of anxiety and stress (Semple et al., 2010)
Build resilience and self-awareness (Schonert-Reichl et al., 2015)
Bianca’s sessions are designed to be warm, inclusive, and grounded in these research-backed benefits—ensuring that all children, regardless of background, can access meaningful support.
While Bianca does not offer one-to-one mental health consultations or mental health diagnoses, she can help guide families toward appropriate specialist support where needed, working alongside Child Wellbeing Tools' wider network of professionals.

Younger Children Mindfulness Sessions
Bianca is now welcoming enquiries for small group mindfulness sessions, specially designed for younger children of primary school age.
These gentle, engaging sessions provide a safe space for children to begin exploring mindfulness in a fun and age-appropriate way.
Each session is thoughtfully planned to include:
Simple breathing techniques
Creative mindfulness games
Craft-based ideas that help children stay present and express their feelings in a safe, supportive environment
Group sessions offer the added benefit of shared learning, where children can connect with others and build emotional awareness and calm together.
These sessions are ideal for children who may benefit from gentle emotional support, improved concentration, or simply a calm and nurturing space to pause during their busy week.
Parents and carers are encouraged to join in or follow up at home with the easy techniques and craft ideas introduced—building consistency and confidence for both children and adults.
If you're interested in arranging a small group mindfulness session for your child or a group of friends, or if you're a school or community organisation looking to offer this kind of support, we’d love to hear from you.

Older Children Mindfulness Sessions
Bianca is now offering small group mindfulness sessions specially designed for older children and teens.
These free online sessions create a supportive, judgment-free space where young people can explore tools to help manage stress, improve focus, and build emotional resilience, skills that are increasingly vital in today’s fast-paced and often overwhelming world.
Each session includes:
Age-appropriate mindfulness techniques such as breathing exercises, guided visualisations, and grounding strategies
Creative activities and reflective games to help young people engage with the present moment in practical, enjoyable ways
Opportunities for peer connection and shared discussion (optional and always guided safely)
Mindfulness can support young people to:
Improve attention and concentration
Develop greater emotional regulation
Reduce feelings of stress and anxiety
Build self-awareness and coping skills
These sessions are perfect for teens navigating school pressures, social challenges, or just in need of a calm space to recharge. The techniques shared can also be practiced at home, with or without parental support.
Whether you're a parent, carer, educator, or young person yourself, we welcome enquiries about joining or setting up a small group mindfulness session tailored to this age group.
