Katie supports children up to the age of 10 with a wide range of sleep needs, from general bedtime routines and sleep resistance to more complex challenges linked to neurodiversity, trauma, anxiety, and emotional regulation. What makes Katie’s approach truly special is her ability to understand sleep not just as a routine, but as a window into a child’s wider world of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
A self-described “child psychology geek,” Katie is fascinated by the connection between sleep, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing. She works closely with families to uncover the unique pieces of each child’s sleep puzzle, empowering parents with personalised strategies that are practical, compassionate, and sustainable.
Katie’s work is also shaped by her personal journey as a mother of three, giving her a real-world understanding of how sleep difficulties can affect the entire household.
